Richmal Mangnall is Notable.

Richmal was born in 1769 and baptized 31 March 1769. She passed away in 1820. She was a noted educator and the author of Historical and Miscellaneous Questions for the Use of Young People, used as a schoolbook in England in the early 19th century. She was the 3rd Daughter and 4th child of 11 children, four of which died in infancy.
