Biography

Mildred was born in 1920. She was the daughter of John Grant and Elsie Reid. She passed away in 2013 about a month after publication of Bringing out the Untold Life: Recollections of Mildred Reid Grant Gray, an oral history of her life and that of Gabarus where she was a telegraph operator for many years.
