Biography

Walter Lee (Russell) Parker was born on the 13th of August 1901. ^[1] He was the son of Amanda Elizabeth (Russell) Parker (1869-1947) and father unknown.

Walter married Mazella June Coffey before 1923, location unknown. They had four children and then divorced sometime before 1937.^[2]

• Walter Shields Parker b. 1923
• John Taylor Parker b. 1927

Walter served in World War II, attaining the rank of Private with the 372nd Coast Artillery Corps. ^[3]

Walter died on the 29th of July, 1966 and was buried in the Emma Jarnagin Cemetery in Morristown, Hamblen County, Tennessee, United States. ^[3]
