Biography

When Samuel Neelly was born in 1778, in Virginia, United States, his father, James Neely, was 33 and his mother, Catharine Evans, was 29. He married Sarah Neelly on 12 January 1806, in Williamson, Tennessee, United States. They were the parents of at least 3 sons and 3 daughters. He lived in Alabama, United States in 1870. He died on 5 May 1875, in Franklin, Alabama, United States, at the age of 97, and was buried in Spring Valley, Colbert, Alabama, United States.
