Biography

Elizabeth was born about 1742. This is based on her age at marriage. Birth information, including the names of her parents, has not been found. According to Find a Grave, she was in March 1738 in Deerfield, New Hampshire, but I have no proof of this. Her father's name might be William, but I have found no records.

She is the second wife of Daniel Moor and the mother of 6 of his children; they married in 1770 in Haverhill, Massachusetts (1). Daniel's first wife was Margaret White, but Elizabeth and Margaret were not related.

After Daniel died in 1820, she went to Mt Morris, New York, to live with her daughter Peggy. She died there in 1828. She is buried in the Pembroke Street Cemetery in Pembroke, New Hampshire (2).
