Obituary of Leroy McCullough of Washington County, near Anthonies Mill died of blood poisoning and diabetis on August 1 near the baptist church in Sullivan. Aged about 40 with a wife and two children. Sullivan is split between Franklin and Crawford County, and I currently do not know where exactly this baptist church was in 1921, so I am leaving out the county in his place of death.
