Biography
Mary Mariah was born about 1815. She passed away after 1860. Note that the only records available as of Jan 2022, show her name as M. E. or Elizabeth Rains. There has been some confusion with an Elizabeth Yarborough who married Joel S. Rains. This is a different couple that lived and died in TN about the same time as M. Elizabeth married Joel D. Rains. She was born in TN and died in Texas. All of their children were born in Texas.
