FREEPORT - Margaret C. Tegl, 81, of Freeport passed away Monday, July 31, 2006, at her home.
Margaret was born March 12, 1925, in Freeport to Frank and Mary (Kromholz) Tegl.
She was a 1943 graduate of Aquin High School, and a retired employee of Micro Switch. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church and St. Mary's Guild.
Margaret is survived by her nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Joseph, Edward and Frank Tegl; and one sister, Emma Tegl.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday at St. Mary Catholic Church in Freeport with the Rev. John Cahill officiating. Interment will be at St. Joseph Cemetery in Freeport.[1]
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. on Thursday at Schwarz Funeral Home in Freeport, where a rosary service will be held at 5 p.m.
A memorial fund has been established in her memory.
