Biography
John's 1882 record of death in Nepean, describes him as 38 years of age, a Yeoman, born in Ireland, cause of death Consumption [later called Tuberculosis] which he suffered from for three years, his Religion Church of England. His wife Annie Geddes was the informant of the death.
note: birthdate on gravestone is 1844
