Edward A Lapham was born in 1835 the son of Isaac Lapham (1789-1866) & Dorcas (Cutts) Lapham (1787-1879). Edward married Myra E. Beedle.^[1]

Edward Augustus Lapham was born in 1835, the youngest son of Isaac and Dorcas (Cutts) Lapham. He was a farmer, he served for several years as a buying and selling agent for the Pittston Grange, he was a storekeeper and served as Postmaster at Pittston. He married Myra E., daughter of James Beedle. Their children are listed as:
