Loudell Rouly, daughter of Otis Rouly and Marie Azema Rivette, was born on 17 October 1931 in Loreauville, Iberia Parish, Louisiana, United States.^[1]

She was enumerated during the 1940 census with her parents and siblings, living in Iberia Parish, where she was attending school, probably in the first or second grade.^[2]

She married Jessie Joseph Babineaux on 19 December 1948.^[1]

She was widowed on 11 December 1989.^[1]

She died at age 78 on 9 May 2010.^[1]
