Francis Joseph "Frank" Siekierka grew up in rural Peru, Il. By 1930, he was still with his parents, working as a farm laborer, but moved to Cicero Illinois, He married Adelle Walloch on 9 Apr 1936 in La Salle, according to Adelle's obituary, though there is a Cook County marriage record for them. In 1940, he was working as a repairman for a washing machine manufactorer, and Adelle was an assembler with a kitchen utensil manufacturer. His employer was Automatic Controller company when he registered for the draft on 16 October 1940. In 1950, he was a tool and die maker for an electric ironers and supplies company, and Adelle was a homemaker. When he died, Frank had been working for Amphenol-Borg Electronics Corporation. He died in St. Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago after a short illness.
