Daughter of Robert Thompson and Susanna Torrence.
She married William Rose 24 Mar 1831 in Guernsey County, Ohio.[1]
In 1850 Mary Ann was age 39 and living in Richland Township, Guernsey, Ohio. She and husband William, age 39, were natives of Pennsylvania. They had 8 children.[2]Elvira was age 18; Susannah was age 16; Mary E was age 13; John C. was age 10; Benjamin was age 8; Thomas was age 6; Jefferson was age 4; Sarah C was age 2 and William Dilley (not a child) was age 18.
Mary was age 50 in 1860.[3]
Mary was age 90 in 1900, living with daughter Sarah C Roland and son-in-law John T. Roland in Senecaville, Guernsey, Ohio.[4]
