Biography

William was born in 1855 in Alabama or possibly North Carolina.^[1][2]

He grew up in Cherokee, Alabama, but the family moved to Comanche, Texas, by 1880.

William married Zora Thompson, and they had at least four children.

He passed away in 1924 and is buried in Comanche County, Texas.^[3]
