George Edmond Labonté died young.

Biography

George Edmond was born in Windsor township, Quebec, Canada on 5 August 1875 and was baptized the next day, on 6 August 1875, in the church of Saint-Phillipe-de-Windsor. He is the son of Christophe Labonté and Julie Boisvert. His godparents were John Edmond McCabe and Jane Maher.^[1]

Sadly, George Edmond passed away just a couple years after he and his family moved to the United States when he was still a young child, just a month and a half before his fourth birthday. He died on 23 June 1879 in Lewiston, Maine, and is buried in the cemetery of Saints Peter and Paul, in Lewiston, Androscoggin county, Maine.^[2]
