I am kind of lost with your posting. You identify 3 different Hannah Brantleys. One is the Hannah, dtr of Phillip, who married Persons Walker. Her lineage is clearly established. Another is Hannah (1795-1867) was dtr of Joseph and Patsy Brantley. She clearly married Wm G Peacock. He died in 1857 and she in 1867 in Coffee Co, AL. You also seem to address Hannah Brantley dtr of another Joseph Brantley. She married Thomas Benson (b 1791). He died in 1818. There may be a union after his death that I am not familiar with and am open to source material that establishes her re-marriage to a McWhirter. I am presently opposed to the merger as proposed. Brantley-1418 and McWhirter-813 appear to represent the same person because: Hannah Brantley and Persons Walker were the parents of Dr. George Washington Walker sr. who were my maternal great great grandparents. I am the one who provided you with a photograph of Dr. George Washington Walker Sr. and his wife Virginia T. Jennie Austin for your publication.
