Charles Oscar Bryant was born on 28 Apr 1870 in Whitfield, Georgia, United States, son of William Anderson Bryant (1843 - 1866) and Mary Louise (Gambrell) Bryant (1846 - 1933). Dr Charles O Bryant was a veterinarian.
