"AFTER the expiration of fourteen days from the publication hereof APPLICATION will be made to the Supreme Court of Victoria that PROBATE of the WILL, dated 31st July, 1937, of FRANCIS ALEXANDER SMITH, late of 17 Bent-street, Bentleigh, in Victoria, Gentleman, deceased, may be GRANTED to Harry Redvers Smith, of Centre-road. Bentleigh, accountant, and Francis Logan Allnutt Smith, of Watkins-street, Bentleigh, salesman, being the executors appointed by the said will."[5]
