Ruby Clyde Spivey married first John Edward Webb on 18 Jun 1905 in Sunflower County, Mississippi. After John's death in 1957, she married widower, Alpha Denton Webb. A.D. Webb's first wife, Florence G. Coleman, had died in 1953.

Mrs. Ruby Spivey Jacks, 93, of Jackson, formerly of Winona, died Tuesday, January 9th, at Albermarl Health Care Center, Jackson, after a lengthy illness.
She was married to the late A. D. Jacks, a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church and a housewife.
She is survived by one brother, Vernon L. Spivey of Orange, California, and a hosts of nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held at Oliver Chapel at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, January 10th with Rev. John Wade officiating. Burial was in Kilmichael Cemetery, with Oliver Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers were Julius Johnson, Richard Weed, Billy Fisackerly, George F. Carwile, Stephen Cook and Charles Hudson.
