Gyrid Torgilsdotter was married to Johannes/Johans/Jens Torgilsson. One of them was the child of Torgils Vikingson Aga and Gudrun Ormsdotter Lydvo.[1]

- Torgils, lived at Torsnes, ancestor of the Aga branch of the family[1]
- Laurits, lived at Valen, ancestor of the Torsnes/Galtung branch of the family; his descendants named themselvs Galte/Galtung[1]
