Carl Mitchell is a part of US Black heritage.

Carl was born in 1925. He was the son of Dan Mitchell and Mary Dennis.

Carl served in the U.S. Army during World War II.

Carl married Jessie Mildred Spear in 1944 in Dayton, Ohio.^[1]

He passed away in 1992 in a hospital in Dayton, Ohio.^[2][3] He was buried in Dayton National Cemetery.^[4]
