Frederick George Church was born in 1890, at Westbury on Severn, Gloucestershire, England.^[1] He was the son of George Frederick Church and Emma Crellin.

Frederick married Henrietta Clark in 1913, at Clutton, Somerset, England.^[2]

He passed away on 1 April 1983. Frederick was buried on 8 April 1983, at St John the Baptist Churchyard, Batheaston, Somerset, England.^[3]
