Looking into the birth and parentage of Pauline Ovidia Pedersdatter, I have a copy of her birth/baptism info, but I can't find anything about her parents marriage. I took a letter that essentially provided the certification of her birth which sent from a Norwegian Archives group (Statsarkivet) her in 1966 and decided to translate the whole thing. And it reads, essentially "Pauline Ovidia was born to bachelor, worker Peder Jonasson and girl Olava Maria Halvorsdatter" on such and such a date etc. So if I read this right, Pauline was also born out of wedlock.
