Arisperditer Hinton was born on January 21, 1878 in Hunt, Texas, United States, daughter of Hugh Henry Hinton (1849–1906) and Josephine Lane (1852–1896).[1]

Her siblings were:

In 1880, Arisperditer (2) was in the household of her father, Hugh Hinton in Justice Precinct 6, Hunt, Texas. [2]

Iris (18) married E M Gardner in Hunt, Texas on January 29, 1896.[3]

Iris died on January 8, 1901 in Hunt, Texas, aged 22. She was buried in Sonora Cemetery, Fairlie, Hunt County, Texas.[1]

County of Hunt

Know all men by these presents that I HH Hinton of the said County of Hunt and state of Texas being in bad health but of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all wills by made me at any time heretofore:

First direct then all my just debts shall be paid and that the legacies herein after given shall after the payment of my debts be paid out of my estate.

Second I give to my two grandsons Willie and Herbert Gardner the children and only heirs of my deceased daughter Iris Gardner the sum of two hundred dollars each to be paid to them by my executrix here after and after the land is sold by my executrix and my only son Herschell Hinton and after my two grandsons Willie and Herbert Gardner become of legal ages or to the legal guardians of my two grandson at any time after the land is sold belonging to my estate.

Third I give to my beloved wife Millie L. Hinton and Herschell Hinton my only son and living child my land being my home place equal one half to each one of them the said land being 80 acres of land out of the J H Mathews Surry situated on Willow Oak Creek in Hunt County Texas about 18 miles north 45 degrees east from Greenville for them the said Millie L Hinton my beloved wife and Herschell Hinton my only son and living child to hold said 80 acres of land together divide or sell the same at any time after my death and the proceeds of the sale of said land divide equal between themselves after first paying off the sum of four hundred dollars to my two grandsons herein before named or to deposit the sum of four hundred dollars in the Ladonia First National Bank at Ladonia Texas to be paid to said Willie and Herbert Gardner now minors when they become of legal age or to their legal guardian should one be appointed for them before the said minors become of legal age.

Fourth I constitute and appoint my beloved wife Millie L Hinton sole executrix of this my last will.

Fifth I direct that my beloved wife Millie L Hinton herein named as my executrix shall not be required to give bond.

Sixth I direct that no action be had in the County Court in the administration of my estate except toprove and record my will and an inventory and appraisement of the estate and bill of claims.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this the 26 day of September 1906 in the presence of Jake Landeu and Mrs. Dora Shields who attest the same at my request.
