Biography
James Harvey Horsman was born in 1825 in Moncton, New Brunswick. He was a son of Thomas Horsman and Elizabeth Blakeney.
James married Mary Ann Whitmore about 1846 in New Brunswick. They had about ten children: Thomas W., Otis S., John Sherman, Charlotte A., David Judson, James Trimble, Havelock Henry, Mary Ann Elizabeth, Margaret, and Florence.
James passed away in 1887 at Elgin, Albert, New Brunswick. He was buried in Old Elgin Cemetery.[1]
