Biography

Dewitt Clinton Chapel was born in 1810 in Butternuts, Otsego, New York, United States.

His daughter was Elsie M Chapel (1839–1918).

In 1850, Dewitt was living in Pittsfield Township, Warren, Pennsylvania. [1]

In 1860, Dewitt C Chapell (50) in Brokenstraw Township, Warren, Pennsylvania, United States. [2]

In 1870, Dewitt was living in Pittsfield, Warren. [3]

Dewitt died on April 19, 1877 in Brokenstraw Township, Warren, aged 66. He was buried in Old Presbyterian Cemetery, Pittsfield, Warren County, Pennsylvania.[4] [5] This person was in a record in 1918. Elsie M Eaton - Death Certificate
