In the 1910 census Frank (age 10) was the son of Peter Wallace in Beat 4, Sharkey, Mississippi, United States.^[2]

In the 1920 census Frank (age 19), Farming, was the single son of Anica Wallace in Holly Bluff, Yazoo, Mississippi.^[3]

Frank married Sadie Morris about 1920. Their daughter was Mary Wallace (1921–2010).

In the 1930 census Frank (age 31), Delivery Man, was the married head of household at 1106 Greymont, Jackson, Hinds, Mississippi, United States.^[4]
