Frank Burton Webster was born on February 12, 1906 in Sandy Creek, Mercer, Pennsylvania, United States, son of Henry B. Webster (1861–1954) and Agnes Viola Stallsmith (1875–1926).

Frank (25) married Goldie Irene Swogger (16) (born on March 16, 1915 in Pennsylvania) in 1932.

They had two children.

Frank died on July 22, 1977 in Trumbull County, Ohio, United States, aged 71. He was buried in Brookfield Cemetery, Brookfield, Trumbull County, Ohio, USA (plot: East Addition #2).^[1]
