Evelyn (Allen) Beal is a part of US Black heritage.
Evelyn Allen, at age 14, was living with her father Edward Allen in Chicago in 1930. Edward Allen was a laborer, age 35 and "widowed," born in Tennessee. Roomer Phyllis Vaner was age 32, b Mississippi.[1]
At age 18, Evelyn Allen gave birth to Louis Allen, 1 Dec 1933 in Chicago.[2]
Father's name: Allen. She died in Los Angeles.[3]
Research Notes
An Eva Allen, age 26 and single, b Tennessee, was rooming in Cleveland, Ohio in 1940.[4]
