Harrison was born in 1891 [1]. He was the son of Franklin Payton and Cynthia McCallister [2].
He married America Thomson in 1898 [3].
He passed away in 1982 [4] and was buried in the Enon Cemetery in Salt Rock, Cabell, West Virginia [5].
