I am Edward Francis Higgins, born on June 06 1964 in Harley Hospital in Dorchester, Massachusetts, United States of America to mother Mary Ellen Greaney (of Spiddel, Co Galway, Ireland) and father Gerald Francis Higgins (of Kilgerrill, Co Galway, Ireland).

All of my Aunts and Uncles, and most of my Cousins were born and raised in Ireland, with many still there today.

The Higgins (Gaelic is: Ó hUigín) family bloodline dates back in records to the 1700's and were generally rooted in the areas near County Galway and County Sligo, Ireland.

Higgins-1536 Edward Higgins
I am from USA, however my parents both came from Ireland (County Galway). My father's family (O'Higgins) lived in the general area of Galway and Sligo since the 1700s.
