Jane was the daughter of Sir Abraham Yarner. She married Sir John Temple 4 August 1663 in Dublin.[1][2].
Jane Yarner, b. 1648; m. by Bishop Parker at St Michan’s, Dublin, 4 Aug 1663, Sir John Temple, lawyer and politician (b. Blackfriars, 25 Mar 1632; d. East Sheen, Surrey, 10 Mar 1703/4, bur. Mortlake 16 Mar ), Solicitor-General for Ireland following the Restoration 1660; elected MP for Carlow 1661; Speaker of the Irish House of Commons 1661; knighted 1663; purchased reversion to chief remembership of Irish Exchequer 1680; fled to England 1688; Attorney-General for Ireland 1692–5; retired to East Sheen; he was youngest son of Sir John Temple, judge and historian (b. 1600; d. 14 Nov 1677), Master of the Rolls in Ireland, author of History of the Rebellion in Ireland 1641, himself eldest son of Sir William Temple, first baronet (Provost of Trinity College, Dublin, and Sec. to Sir Philip Sydney) by his wife Mary, dau. of Dr John Hammond, of Chertsey; and she d. East Sheen, Surrey, 25 June 1708, having had 4 sons and 7 daus.
