Hi 4 week member! How is everything going? Any problems? You might be finding duplicate profiles now. For a good explanation of the process see: http://www.wikitree.com/g2g/51703/behind-merges-identifying-lowest-numbered-profile-correct . Make sure to check for merges waiting on you by going to FIND (top right link) PENDING MERGES, and sort for those waiting on you. If you complete a merge, be sure to go in and clean up/edit the Biography as ALL information from both profiles are copied. Remove any duplicate fields/information.

If you want updates on names or projects you can add them by going to MY WIKI TREE, NAV HOME PAGE, scroll down to just above your badges to EDIT FOLLOWED SURNAMES. You can add up to 20. Be sure to check out G2G where you can browse/ask/answer questions. Nae

I am interested in locating information on my father's side which includes Edwards ( I have some info now) Alexandra Boyd (1823-, relatives of Mary Vaughn (1855-1917), and Alethia Evans (1823- , also my grandfather Oscar Chester Woods, Jonathan Patrick Davis Sr, Francis Ross 91785-1865)and James Elliot Woods (1832-1911). I look forward to adding anthing I can to help others with infomation for their trees.

I am fairly new to genealogy but have family who have traced our family tree to direct descendant of Myles standish and Edwards Doty of the Mayflower on my mothers side allowing us to become members of the Descendents of the Mayflower Society. I am hook and now I want to search and help build my fathers tree. The Edwards, Williams and others. I am willing to volunteer and help in anyway I can.
