Byard Sheppard

I have been researching my own family for over 35 years,and have also done research on other family histories,to prove they are not related to my family,which may seem strange,but is to protect the history of my namesake Sir Thomas Byard, who fought during the Napoleonic wars in the Royal Navy.His legacy and my family ,the Sheppards, became entwined in 1797,and I have been researching both his story and my family's ever since.
