Biography

William was born about 1847. He is the son of Conrad Joecken and Margaret Beuth.

The 1870 census lists POB as Prussia (Preußen) for all members of the family group. This probably refers to the Kingdom of Prussia (German: Königreich Preußen). ^[1]
