1st Marriage to Tena Newby

On 6 April 1808 in Chesterfield, Virginia, 19-year-old Edmund Newby married 21-year-old Tena Newby, daughter of Levi Newby and Sarah Ferguson .

Divorce & Edmund Newby Moves to Kentucky

It appears that their marriage faltered soon after they got married. No source documents have been located to indicate that they divorced and they did not have any known children.
