Biography
Gad Pomeroy Jr. was born in 1787 in Southampton, Massachusetts to Gad Pomeroy Sr. and Lucy Herring. He married Joanna Harris, his first cousin, on 25 Mar 1807 in Becket, Massachusetts. Children: Sibyl, William, Nathan, Lucy, Brewster Harris, Erastus, Charity, Clara, Simeon. After Joanna died in 1858 he married Severine Nicholine Petersen-Jensen on 1 Feb 1860. He died in 1863 in Wisconsin.
