The 1930 census shows Francis living alone with her mother in Damascus, PA.[3]
The 1940 census shows Francis as the head of the household and living with a lodger.[4]
Francis passed away in 1963. According to her obituary she was a retired employee of the Endicott Johnson Shoe Company in Endicott, NY.[5]
Francis also loved traveling and collecting rocks. She never married, nor had any children, so her rock collection was given to her oldest great-nephew Gary Tyler. The collection features stones from all over the United States and Great Britain.[6]
