Biography
Son of Solomon and Julia (Jenkins) Able.
Husband of Minnie Jones.
They were married about 1884 according to the 1900 Census. Porter was aged 43; Minnie was aged 39. She was the mother of 8, 7 then living. Son Haskal was age 14; daughter Bessie was age 12; son Horten was age 8; son Ezell was age 3; daughter Belle was age 4; son Harvey was age 1.[1]
