In 1900, at the age of 25, he was living in Justice Precinct 1, Ellis County, Texas with his wife, Emma, and two children: Arthur (Son age 2) and Not Yet Named (Son 8 months). He was a farmer working on a rented farm. He and Emma had been married for three years. [4]

Research Notes

There is a conflict in the day of his birth. His WWI draft registration says 16 February 1874. His death certificate has 15 February 1874. The information on his death certificate came from his son Archie. I have changed the date of birth in his profile to 16 February based on the fact that he provided the information for the draft card himself, while the information on the death certificate came from his son's memory.
Census and death records show William and Mary had three sons (William Arthur Aday Sr, Thomas Archie Aday, and Richar Aday) as children in addition to the two females currently in WikiTree. I David Dodd have searched WikiTree for their profiles and they don't exist and need to be added.
