Catharina Elisabeth Albers was born on 31 October 1812 in Stall Erbkotten Kleine Siebenbürgen, Pye, Wallenhorst, Osnabrück-Land, Osnabrück, Ober-Ems, Frankreich, daughter of Joannes Henricus Albers (1784–1859) and Maria Angela (Wallenhorst) Albers (~1779–1831).[1] She was baptised in the catholic church St. Alexander in Wallenhorst on 2 November 1812.[1] Her godmother was Maria Elisabeth the wife of Colon Albers of Pye, and her baptismal witnesses were Catharina Elisabeth, the wife of Colon Klein Siebenbürgen of Pye and Colon Große Siebenbürgen of Pye.[1]
