Biography

When Rhoda Ann Allbee was born on November 20, 1859, in Van Etten, New York, her father, Nelson, was 35, and her mother, Sally, was 32. She married Samuel Chapman in 1873. They had five children in 14 years. She died on March 25, 1936, in Erin, New York, at the age of 76, and was buried in her hometown.
