Rosa Mae, per her marriage certificate, was born in Cherokee, NC (perhaps SC?) in 1913. She married Claude Samuels in Virginia on 24 May 1934 and they lived in High Point, NC at least until Claude's death in 1994. Have to research her death place and date further.
