DANIEL ANDERSON

When DANIEL ANDERSON was born on February 13, 1792, in Greene County, Pennsylvania, his father, Daniel, was 35 and his mother, Rachel, was 31. He married Mary Payne on September 18, 1812, in Greene County, Pennsylvania. They had 13 children in 24 years. He married Nancy Byard Hickman (widow of Jacob Hickman) after Mary Payne's death in about 1850. He died in abt.1864-65 in Knob Fork area of Wetzel Co., West Virginia, at the age of 72. His last known profession was Distiller of Apples in the 1864 Tax list for Wetzel Co
