MARY ELIZABETH ARMSTRONG SAMMONS was the daughter of John W. and Lucinda "Lucy" McDavid Armstrong.
She married Benjamin Franklin Sammons on December 13, 1860 in Carter County, Kentucky.
Elizabeth died of "General Paralysis," she was a housewife and was buried in the Sammons Cemetery in Fields Branch, Carter County, Kentucky.
