Biography
Mildfilhur was born in 1902. She was the daughter of Pjetur Arnason and Helga Andrésdóttir.
Mildfilhur Solberg 'Mildred' was educated in Lundar, Manitoba. She worked at the Selkirk General Hospital, and at Cypress River for the Nordal family in the Bru District.
In 1924 she moved to California. In about 1926 she married William Herbert Klawsner. They had one daughter Roberta Helen who took the name Jean Marie Craigg.
She divorced and married Robert McElvain, and two daughters were born, Particia Lee and Joan Deone. McElvain a.k.a. Robert Meggason Jr.
When she died in 1967 burial took place in California.
