Edward married Mary Ahh at "Neura" In 1865 Edward held the licence for the "Black Rock"Hotel at Neura when Gilbert and Ben Hall robbed him of 48 pounds in cash and 30 pounds of goods. Edward later worked on properties around Molong and Cumnock as a horse breaker. He died at Burrawong Station.
