Ruth, daughter of Eliab Axtell and Eunice Baldwin, was born on 17 Apr 1804 in Pennsylvania.^[1]

Ruth married Rev. Alvah Condit and went to Oregon as a missionary in 1840.^[1]

In the 1850 census Condit (age 45) was in Astoria, Clatsop, Oregon Territory, United States.^[2]

In the 1860 census Ruth (age 55) was in Clatsop Phines, Clatsop, Oregon, United States.^[3]

In the 1870 census Ruth (age 68) was in Astoria, Clatsop, Oregon, United States.^[4]

In the 1880 census Ruth (age 76) was the wife of Alva Condit in Astoria, Clatsop, Oregon, United States.^[5]

Ruth passed away on 8 Apr 1888 in Astoria, Clatsop County, Oegon^[6][7][8] and was buried at Clatsop Plains Pioneer Cemetery, Warrenton, Clatsop County, Oregon.^[9]
