Leigh Babcock lived in Appalachia, in New York.
Leigh was born in 1896. He was the son of George Babcock and Abbie Chaffee. [1] He was raised in Windsor, Broome, New York.[2] He served during WWI in the Army as a Baker 1 Aug 1918 - 24 Jul 1919 Baker Company 409 no overseas duty. [3] Leigh married Ida Mowry. [4]Their children were:
1. Charles "Chuck" E. Babcock 1929 - 2016
2. Gerald Alvin Babcock 1933 - 1998
They lived in : Binghamton, Broome, New York.[5] Leigh died there in 1935. [6] He is buried in Chenango Valley Cemetery, Binghamton, Broome County, New York. [7]
