Biography
Minerva Jane Bailey was born in 1821. She is understood to be the daughter of Andrew Bailey and Mahala (Mash) Bailey. [1] Minerva married James Rousom Bounds. In 1850 they are enumerated on the federal census in Yalobusha County, Mississippi. [2] Minerva died 1898 in Calhoun County, Mississippi. [3]
